HUNGRY FAMILIES ARE IN NEED
More than 50 million Americans struggle with hunger every year. And more than 17 million children don’t get enough nutritious food to help them learn and grow. In an effort to change this, participating grocers near you are joining Kraft Foods and SUPERVALU in the HUDDLE TO FIGHT HUNGER.
 
A NATIONAL CAUSE
Kraft Foods is conducting a nationwide campaign to donate 25 million meals to the country’s leading domestic hunger organization, Feeding America ®. And they’ve challenged SUPERVALU and its network of retailers—including participating grocers near you—to contribute to the cause.
 
A COMMUNITY EFFORT
During the month of September 2011, you can get into the game of fighting hunger too! By making your own donations at participating stores near you, you’ll be supporting local food banks and feeding hungry members of your own community.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
During the campaign, every dollar you donate at the store will secure seven meals for hungry families: a $5 donation pays for 35 meals, a $10 donation pays for 70 meals... and so on.*

'Like' us on Facebook and Kraft Foods will donate one meal to your local Feeding America food bank!* Plus, follow the national campaign’s progress on Facebook and help spread the word about the Huddle to Fight Hunger. Throughout the football season, look out for more opportunities to donate a meal – PLUS our Huddle to Fight Hunger game, a sweepstakes, featured recipes from Pat & Gina Neely, in-store discounts on Kraft Foods products and more—all to help raise awareness for this important cause. The national campaign wraps up with the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl on December 31, 2011. So don’t miss it!*
